I'm only a few hours in but wanted to give my current feedback. It is possible that these features are in the game currently and that I'm unaware of them.
Add a quick easy way to destroy items
Add a button that when held auto accepts selling items to vendors. Having to click accept each sell is mildly irritating
Allow the large map to be moved around
Will edit and add more as I think of them. Thanks.

Auto run, move forward and steer when both mouse buttons are held and keybinds would all be welcome additions also.

Yup, Definitely Keybinds. First thing I noticed as I usually change keybinds in a new game immediately.
Esc should also close current active window.
Moveable windows.

Also,
Chat:
1) Need smoother chat interface. pressing slash (/) should automatically open chat window.
2) Need chat channels. like pressing /g should put you into guild chat, so you don't have to type it every time you want to speak in guild chat.
3) Whispers should stay in whisper mode with that character until you select a different channel.
4) right click menu for chat with options like: whisper, block, inspect, etc.
General UI:
1) more options for right click menu. like details (shows description as current right click does), move to, assign hotkey, discard, etc.
2) better highlights on objects you target. It's hard atm to see some mobs you target right now, and some target boxes overlap, making targeting difficult visually.
3) better combat animations.
And I can't stress enough the need for a hotkey configuration menu. default setup is very clunky for me, and it would also help players learn the default commands easier.
