Crash at Character Creation

Hello,

I purchased the game on Sunday, July 29th, and proceeded to create an account. However, at the character creation screen, the program crashed and created an error.log and crash.dmp. This also resulted in a character randomly, or defaulting, for me and I am unable to delete or go back and restart the creation process.

I would like to create my character, so, is there a way to delete/recreate the character and start from scratch?
